Lucy holds a Bachelors Degree in Animal Science from the University of Tirana in Albania. She is bilingual in English and Albanian. Lucy joined the RY team in 2006 shortly after immigrating with her family from her native Albania. She first spent three dedicated years working in our boarding facility and as an assistant technician but she found her true calling, in 2010, with the front desk team.
Lucy has diligently continued her education and has completed many certificate courses related to veterinary medicine, customer service and language skills. She is a dedicated, caring individual who treats each pet and their owners who come through our doors as the special family members they are.
She spends her free time with her three children and husband who keep her more than busy!
